FASMET provides suggestions and recommendations only. We make NO guarantees of any kind. All results depend on factors beyond our control. You use this service entirely at your own risk. By continuing to use FASMET, you accept full responsibility for any outcomes.

1. Service Description

FASMET is a free AI-powered social media management tool that provides:

  • Content Ideas - Daily trending content ideas personalized for your niche with complete 30-second scripts and exact dialogue
  • Post Review - Upload images or Reels with your caption to get quality & resolution ratings, format feedback, an improved caption, and niche hashtags tailored to your content (e.g. fashion, food, startup)
  • Content Calendar - Plan and organize your posts visually to maintain consistent posting
  • Competitor Comparison - Manually enter competitor stats to compare followers, posts, and engagement, and receive personalized growth strategies

Note: All data must be manually entered by you. We do NOT connect to social media APIs or scrape data.

2. Age Requirement

Our service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old.
Users under 16 may only use this service with parental or legal guardian consent.

3. User Responsibilities

By using FASMET, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Manually enter your social media data accurately
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms
  • Not use the service to create harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

4. Post Review Feature

Post Review evaluates your image or Reel and caption, then provides:

Your responsibility when uploading: You may only upload content that you own or for which you have the necessary rights. Do not upload images or videos of other persons without their consent, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your uploads.

  • Media analysis – Quality, resolution, format (square/portrait/landscape). For Reels: hook rating (first 5 sec) when AI is available.
  • Improvement tips – Lighting, resolution, aspect ratio, caption length, CTA, hashtag count.
  • AI caption & hashtags – When available, an improved caption and niche hashtags matched to your topic (copyable).
  • A symbolic score (0–100) – purely indicative, no guarantee of reach or engagement.

Post Review Disclaimer: The score and recommendations are for orientation only. We make no guarantee of any results, viral reach, or improved performance. Use at your own risk.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before posting
  • We make no guarantees about content quality, appropriateness, or effectiveness
  • You should verify all facts, statistics, and claims in generated content
  • AI can make mistakes or generate inappropriate content

Content Disclaimer: You are solely responsible for all content you post to social media, regardless of whether it was generated by our AI.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: FASMET, our AI algorithms, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. Content generated by our AI is provided for your personal use.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use FASMET to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
  • Create spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to abuse our service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
  • Guarantees of specific results or outcomes
  • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any errors or omissions in content or loss of content
  • Content you post based on our AI suggestions
  • Loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill

10. Account Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Data Protection

Your use of FASMET is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described there.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy.
